By accessing or using BersihBG you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of service
You may use BersihBG to process images and videos you own or have rights to. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Credits & billing
Free accounts receive monthly credits. VIP subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the images you upload and the results you download. BersihBG retains rights to its software and brand.
6. Limitation of liability
BersihBG is provided ‘as is’ without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
